Mr. Schröder co-founded Seacrest and serves as its CFO and the group CFO for all funds and operating companies within the Seacrest portfolio. He also serves as the Chairman of the portfolio companies. Mr. Schröder draws from more than 30 years of hands-on experience in establishing, growing, managing and selling international growth companies, within a variety of industries, having held numerous operating positions as President, CEO, CFO and COO throughout his career. Among them, Mr. Schröder spent ten years in the US, as President of Saab Aircraft of America. And before then, Mr. Schröder co-founded Hagströmer Företagsfinans AB, a Swedish boutique structured finance and project finance company. Mr. Schröder is a Swedish citizen. He earned an MBA in international business and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, and undertook postgraduate studies at New York University under a scholarship from the Wallenberg Foundation. He has completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. Mr. Schröder serves as director on boards of several private growth companies and charitable foundations.
